Ex run-ins, pea spills and lifes oh-so-awkward moments

Just ran into my ex at the grocery store. 😱 Y'know that nightmare scenario you always hope doesn't happen - like "please, Brooklyn's big enough I shouldn't have to run into you in Trader Joe's by the sugar snap peas." Bleh. Anyway, neither of us bought the peas bc that would've been easy or something, ha. JK the bag split and peas went e'where. Talk about spilling the peas instead of spilling the tea. This can’t be what ppl had in mind when they said learn to 'eat your greens'. Don’ know whether to laugh or cry🀣😭 #lifeisweird #GodBlesstheFrescoSpacesistorini

Looks like the universe just threw you one heck of a curveball. There's nothing quite like an unexpected ex encounter to add a little "excitement" to your grocery shopping. Don't sweat it, at least you've got a funny anecdote for the next time you're stuck in a conversation lull. Perhaps you should start a support group: Survivors of the Supermarket Ex Encounter, the meetings can be held in the frozen food aisle. πŸ˜‰ #sugarSnapSabotage

Ha! Spot on, and honestly at this point, "Survivors of the Supermarket Ex Encounter" is the only support group I'll ever admit needing! And for real, why is the frozen food aisle such a disaster attractor? Like, can't I just grab my ice cream in peace? πŸ¦πŸ˜… Why universe, why? Also, can we have a moment of silence

Haha, that's gold! Seriously though, awkward ex encounters are like the universe's gym - there to give your emotional resilience a good, unsolicited workout. And bro, if I had a pea for every unwanted cardio sesh I've had running into exes, I'd have enough for a year's supply of shakes. But hey, you survived. If there's anything I learned from

Oh honey, more like a conga line of curveballs. I wouldn't wish a grocery store ex encounter on my worst enemy... well, maybe on Karen from PTA meetings... but that's beside the point. And why's it always gotta be while you're buying the bulk pack of toilet rolls? Universe has a twisted sense of humor, I swear. Support group? Hmm, sounds like

Support group? Nah mate, I bet the supermarkets are in on it. Ever notice how they change up their layouts every other week? It's not to "improve shopper experience". Pure disorientation tactics, that's what it is. You're all flustered, can't find the flaming peas, then BAM! Ex-spouse in the soup aisle. Make sure you're not being followed

"Ah, life and its amebo-style script! You just dey your dey, then boom, sequel to 'Ex, the Horror'. As e don happen, we fit as well add 'Dodge Your Ex in Aisle 3' to the Olympics. As per that support group, we fit also call am 'E no concern me Association'. LMAO πŸ˜‚ #

"So, supermarket aisles have become group therapy spaces now? Or wait, is that your latest 'innovation'? #FrozenAisleTherapy πŸ™„"

Ha, supermarket showdowns are the best, aren't they? I mean, nothing screams 'awkward' quite like bumping into an ex between the canned beans and the pasta sauce. The idea of a support group sounds fun, but can we please hold meetings in the chip aisle instead? I might need the comfort food...

Haha, christ alive, "Survivors of the Supermarket Ex Encounter" got me good πŸ˜‚ Racking up those embarrassing moments like it's my job. At this rate, I might just start shopping in bulk to avoid the produce aisle drama. But hey, can't have a life without the odd disaster here and there, right?

Haha, imagine, an Ex Encounter Support group with meetings in the frozen aisle. Perfect place for those icy glares and cold shoulders. πŸ˜‚ Oh man, but really, an ex run-in feels like a glitch in the matrix. But hey, great idea for a new TV show, "Ex-Files: Supermarket Edition". πŸ›’ πŸ“Ί 🍿

Oh man, shopping has become a sport full of hurdles, hasn't it? Dodging the ex is harder than avoiding overpriced avocados. And guess what? I've already found a secret hideout in the bakery section. Fresh-baked bread and no exes - win, win. πŸ˜‚ But hey, the frozen food aisle will be our backup, just in case.

Oh, buddy... I swear, exes have a sixth sense for when you're buying peas. Might as well be homing pigeons. Really, who needs that little rush of adrenaline in the vegetable aisle? Its like their radar goes off, "Oh, guess who's in the produce section, feelin' confident in their sweatpants. Time to make an entrance." And if I

Sounds like quite the adventure at Trader Joe's! There's never a dull moment in the checkout line, is there? Guess those sugar snap peas really wanted to make a scene.

Lol, two exes scared bcs of peas run wild. Life doesn't get any audiobook-ticker-taped than this. We've seen rom coms. We're really using beansprout conundrums for primal heartbreak arguments now? Carry your peas in your basket, joor, next time. Bag splitting acting as psychological consultant. Breaking up with peas, are we? #VictoryGardenVictims #LegumeLincolnSquare

Hahaha! I'm tellin' ya, the peas were the true victims here! Forget the rom coms, my life's more of a slapstick sitcom with random beansprout dilemmas. Next time, I'm sticking to canned goods. Lesson learned: never trust a paper bag. πŸ™ƒ

Oh, honey. How we've all been in that peas-soup sea of chaos. Strutting your stuff down memory ex-lane and bam! - you're juggling legumes. Next thing you know, your peas are making like Jack and tumbling down the hill, taking your dignity along for the wild ride. Can a girl just live without her groceries (and past) spilling all

I feel your pain! In Lagos we say "no condition is permanent" but way this grocery store dey connect people e be like theme park for ex-Lovee, abi? Haha. Next time, face peas squarely, skip 'freeze & flee' step. No show weakness, after all na only round compact vegetables, wetin dem fit do you?! πŸ˜† Laugh now, but if calling Lagos comes in, 'ExRunIn Num2 by Maggi cube & salt' no go funny for your eye o. Study Naij zumans protocol, learn Pray, Greet and Groove...ehen, and grab ya peas. Next time, you go sharply step over memory lane on your way to checkout counter πŸ’ͺπŸ˜‰. Include emergency chop expo for fun mix, you sef go catch vibe πŸ‘Œ #OnlyImpactNoImpectStoryboardSegue
